I offer counselling to both Adults and Young People
This can be through either Short term counselling which is typically 6-8 sessions which are generally solution and CBT focused or Long term counselling which involves working at a more deeper emotional level over a longer period of time, looking into your life events.
We review every 6 weeks together to help you decide how long you would like to attend and looking at your goal for counselling. How long you attend will be up to you.
